horses at Rackin' Up High.
Just minutes from the Leatherwood Equestrian center
this two bedroom, 2 bath cabin overlooking the
meadow has a two stall barn and turn out paddock on
the property. Ride from Rackin' up High onto
Leatherwoods extensive trail system or take a
leisurely stroll through the meadow before dinner.
When the dinner bell rings you won't be far away.
Grill out and enjoy some steaks on the large
screened in porch overlooking the meadow, or enjoy
all the fine touches of the beautifully appointed
kitchen including marble counter tops and fine
cookware. Cozy up to the wood burning stove or watch
satellite TV in the living room after a great day on
the trail. Rest up for tomorrows ride like never
before in either one of the two large beds dressed
in plush linens. The bedroom on the main level has a
queen bed while the upstairs master suite has a
king. The bedrooms are located on separate floors
and each has its own private bathroom. Outside, the
lower observation deck provides a great place to
watch the deer graze, turkey strut and all other
goings on throughout the Leatherwood meadow. Dusk
and dawn from this vantage point is a real treat.
The barn and turn out paddock are conveniently
located on the property at Rackin' up High. You can
keep an eye on your horses from the kitchen window
and the close proximity from the house to the barn
makes feeding time a cinch! The large tack room is
fully outfitted with a three tier saddle rack,
bridal hooks and plenty of room for hay and feed
storage.
You will find everything you need in this fully
equipped 2 stall barn.
There is trailer parking available beside the barn
for smaller two horse trailers. This home is on a
narrow 1-way road & big rigs are NOT ALLOWED.
