- Debbie DeVita Photography is a full service studio
located in Boone, NC. She has been in business
almost 20 years and developed a wonderful client
base. Debbie is known for her work with people from
children, families, high school seniors, pets and
horses to commercial work. She has been
helping our rental home owners by photographing

6/25/08 - We are
nearing the completion of our transition to the new
rental Software! If things remain on schedule we
will be operating independent of the outdated dos
program by the beginning of August. The excitement
continues to build as we learn more and more about
how V12 will streamline our operations. Look for
new owner statements to arrive via e-mail in the
coming months! |

Maintenance program – Things are busy outside again
and our maintenance program is doing a good job at
helping out! Decks are getting stained, pastures
mowed and landscaping projects are underway. Give a
call to the welcome center if you need a hand on the
mountain! |

POPULAR VIEW! – Many of our rental guests have
commented that they love the tall lounge chairs some
of our homeowners have on their decks. They are

2/11/08 - Software Update:
Good News! Our new state of the art
software program conversion is about to
begin. The installation and training
process is a very involved task that
will take almost a month. We are
scheduled to begin training
mid-February. Hopes are that we will be
up and running well before spring.

2/11/08 - Value Season Rate change:
Since Value Season (Jan 6 – prior to Memorial Day
weekend, except during MerleFest - April 24 – 27)
typically has the lowest amount of rentals, we would
like to boost those bookings. We are introducing two
enticing programs for your approval:
1. Book two
weeknights
and receive a
third night free.
2. Reduce
value season rates by 10%.
We believe this will encourage more weekday rentals
as well as help overall bookings during the value
season.
These rates are now in effect, however
your participation in these specials is absolutely
voluntary, so please contact us as soon as possible
if you wish to exclude your cabin. And of course,
call 800-462-6867 with any questions. |

Looking sharp for spring! The flowering season is
right around the corner! Let us refresh your
mulched areas and weed your flower beds so they will
accent your blooming Rhododendron and mountain
laurel this year. Great prices on mulch and labor

11/27/07 - Leatherwood Rental is excited to
announce that we will be upgrading our
reservations software in the early part of 2008.
The new software will allow us to better serve
our clients & customers through windows & web
based state of the art technology. Please
bare with us as we transfer to the new system,
